ing of outdoor advertising signs along expressways in the City of Miami. No
other business shall be conducted outside of that for which the'special meeting
is called.
Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with
respectto any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure
that a verbatim record of the proceedings iscmade including all testimony and
evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105). -

Teens detained in brutal slayings of Israeli family

Israeli officials said.

JERUSALEM — Israeli
security officials said Sim -
day they had arrested two
Palestinian teemgersas sus-
pects in the grisly slayings
but month of five members
of a Jewish family, including
three children, as they slept
in their West Bank settle-
ment home.
Military officials said the
two Palestinian youths, Ha-
kim Awed, 17, and Amjad
Awed, 18, who are cousins,
onfessed to the killings.
Palestinian officials said
they suspected the confes-
sions were coerced and
complained that the two
students had not had access
to attorneys or relatives.
The suspects live in the
Palestinian village of Awar-
ta located next to the hamar
settlement where the March
killings took place. They
were arrested earlier this
month. but a court order
barred publication of the
Dews until Sunday.

teens had not yet been for-
