Operation limited to weekends and legal holidays for a maximum of 3 consecutive days between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Provision of paving striping for stalls and parking spaces. Provision of onsite restroom facilities. Access to site must be from a major Thoroughfare.
