SPECIFIC TO ZONES, BY MODIFYING SECTION 5.5.1 BUILDING DISPOSITION (T5), AND SECTION 5.6.1 BUILDING DISPOSITION (T6), BY ALLOWING DOOR SPACING REQUIREMENTS TO BE MODIFIED BY WAIVER AND BY REMOVING PUBLIC EASEMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR CROSS BLOCK PASSAGES; AND BY MODIFYING SECTION 7.1.2.5 WAIVER, INCORPORATING SAID REQUIREMENTS FOR DOOR SPACING INTO THE WAIVERS LIST; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
