BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The bid received June 22, 2010, pursuant to Invitation for Bid No. 210227, from Fisher Scientific Co., LLC, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, on a group by group basis, for Group 1 and for Group 2, for the procurement of Radiation Detection Equipment and Accessories, for the Department of Fire -Rescue, in the total amount of $258,582.87, is accepted, with funds allocated from the Urban. Areas Security Initiatives (UASI) Account Code PATEO: 18-180004, 01.01, 1323, Equip: 181000. Section 2. This Resolution shall 5ecome effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor. {1 } APPROVED AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS:t JULIE 0. BRU CITY ATTORNEY Footnotes: {1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar days from the date it was passed and adopted.
