Background Information: The Building Department has identified a need to establish a contract for Asbestos Abatement Services Citywide. On November 3, 2010, the Purchasing Department issued Invitation for Bid No. 248237. As required by the Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised and issued on-line. Bids were due and only one (1) bid was received. MCO Environmental, Inc. submitted the only responsive and responsible bid and is therefore recommended for award.
