Allocating funds from the various sources of funds of the user department, subject to availability of funds and budgetary approval. Background Information: On September 20, 2010, RFP No. 244233 was issued with responses due to the Office of the City Clerk by October 15, 2010. Only one (1) proposal was received. The Evaluation Committee appointed by the City Manager, recommended that the City negotiate a contract, in substantially the attached form, with Connecticut General Life Insurance Company (CIGNA).
