The property is approximately four thousand seven hundred and fifty (4,750) square feet in size and is located on the south side of NE 56t11 Street, and east of NE 4t11 Avenue. The property is a part of a larger C-2 zoned property that is developed with a warehouse building. Currently the property is vacant and has been vacant for more than ten (10) years. Rezoning. The Applicants are requesting a Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan Amendment and a Rezoning in order to extend the existing warehouse building and warehouse operation onto the property.
