WHEREAS, a new appropriation of a grant from the Florida Inland Navigation District ("FIND") is being established in the amount of $175,000 for the Miami Marine Stadium Restoration -Phase I Project B-30688; and WHEREAS, a new appropriation of a grant from the FIND is being established in the amount of $15,000 for the Spoil Island E Restoration Project B-30721; and WHEREAS, a new appropriation of a grant from the Economic Stimulus Package 2009-FDOT is being established in the amount of $2,220,578 for ARRA Northeast 2nd Avenue Improvements Segment B2 Project B-78508C; and WHEREAS, a deappropriation of ARRA Economic Stimulus Package 2009-FDOT grants from various streets and sidewalks projects are being effectuated in the amount of $2,220,578 to be recommitted to the new ARRA Northeast 2nd Avenue Improvements Segment B2 Project B-78508C; and WHEREAS, the new and revised appropriations constitute an update to the existing Multi -Year Capital Plan approved pursuant to Resolution No. 08-0650, adopted November 13, 2008; and WHEREAS, the previous appropriations remain authorized to continue previously approved capital projects; and WHEREAS; select previous appropriations are being reallocated within Capital Funds; and WHEREAS, it is now in order to approve appropriations for new sources of revenues for Fiscal Year 2011 and add to prior year appropriations in Capital Funds based on the following format: Fund 30000 Fund 31000 Fund 32000 Fund 33000 Fund 34000 Fund 35000 Fund 36000 Community Redevelopment Area General Government Public Safety Disaster Recovery Public Facilities Parks & Recreation Streets & Sidewalks City of Miami Page 1 of 2 File Id: 10-01200 (Version: 1) Printed On: 11/312010 File Number: 10-01200 Fund 37000 Fund 38000 Fund 39000 Fund 39900 Fund 98004 Sanitary Sewers Storm Sewers Solid Waste Mass Transit ARRA Others - Memo Only; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1.
