A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
OFFICIALLY ACCEPTING THE ATTACHED CITY CLERK'S CERTIFICATION OF
THE CANVASS AND DECLARATION OF THE RESULTS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 2, 2010, FOR THE ELECTION OF
COMMISSIONER DISTRICT 1 AND COMMISSIONER DISTRICT 5 AND THE
REFERENDUM SPECIAL ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 2, 2010.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Commission hereby officially accepts the attached City Clerk's Certification of
the Canvass and Declaration of Results of the November 2, 2010 City of Miami Municipal Election, for
the election of Commissioner District 1 and Commissioner District 5 and the City of Miami Referendum
Special Election for the Approval/Disapproval of the question authorizing modification of Off -Street
Parking Department and Board, transfer of assets, operation management and control.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
Footnotes:
Acceptance of election results are administrative acts which do not require the Mayor's signature nor
the City Attorney's review and approval.
