Garcia Planning Director Oc:ober3 2,31,-, PZAB F<esol Uti S 1 Loloe: 10 Items PZ 1 through PZ 7 & PZ 10 City Commission Meeting of October 14, 2010 As committed at yesterday's briefing with Commissionersstaff and administration, this is to distribute the official Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board (PZAB) Resolutions issued at their meeting held on October 6th. These items are all subject to corresponding 30-day waivers. The delay is due to the close time proximity between the PZAB meeting and the City Commission meeting during which these items will be heard, which is scheduled to take place tomorrow. We hope that this information will assist in your consideration of these items. DATED SEPTEMBER 22, 2010, REQUESTING THAT THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF GRAND AVENUE PROPOSES TO EXPAND THE EXISTING "RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL HIGH DENSITY", WHICH FRONTS ON GRAND AVENUE AND TRANSITION TO "RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL MEDIUM DENSITY", AS IT PERTAINS TO THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3363, 3353, 3341, 3335, 3325 AND 3315 THOMAS AVENUE.
