Recommended denial. See supporting documentation. Recommended denial on October 6, 2010 to City Commission by a vote of 7- 0. Also, recommended approval to City Commission to consider, as per the Letter of Intent of the applicant, dated September 22, 2010, requesting that the Comprehensive Plan amendment along the south side of Grand Avenue proposes to expand the existing "Restricted Commercial High Density", which fronts Grand Avenue and transition to "Restricted Commercial Medium Density", by a vote of 6-1. City Commission: Passed First Reading with modifications on October 14, 2010.
