Garcia Planning Director October .,.20 PZAB Resolutions 10!06110 Items PZ 1 through PZ 7 & PZ 10 City Commission Meeting of __ =,- October 14, 2010 As committed at yesterday's briefing with Commissioners' staff and administration; this is to distribute the official Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board (PZAB) Resolutions issued at their meeting held on October 6th These items are all subject to corresponding 30-day waivers. The delay is due to the close time proximity between the PZAB meeting and the City Commission meeting during which these items will be heard, which is scheduled to take place tomorrow. We hope that this information will assist in your consideration of these items. TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN, PURSUANT TO SMALL SCALE AMENDMENT PROCEDURES SUBJECT TO §163.3187, FLORIDA STATUTES, BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE ACREAGE DESCRIBED HEREIN OF REAL PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3361 HIBISCUS STREET; AND 3472, 3440, 3422, 3412 AND 3400 FLORIDA AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM "SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL" TO "RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL'; MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRANSMI I 1 ALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
