AT APPROXIMATELY 3361 HIBISCUS STREET; AND 3472, 3440, 3422,
3412 AND 3400 FLORIDA AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM "SINGLE-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL" TO "RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL'; MAKING
FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES;
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
