Recommended denial. See supporting documentation. Recommended denial on October 6, 2010 to City Commission by a vote of 7- 0. Also, recommended approval to City Commission to consider, as per the Letter of Intent of the applicant, dated September 22, 2010, where there is a transition from the "Restricted Commercial High Density" to "Medium Density" and ultimately "Restricted Commercial Low Density" fronting Florida Avenue, by a vote of 5-2. City Commission: Passed First Reading with modifications on October 14, 2010.
