GRAND AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM "SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL" TO "RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL'; MAKING FINDINGS;
DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
