Recommended denial. See supporting documentation. Recommended denial on October 6, 2010 to City Commission by a vote of 7- 0. Also, recommended approval to City Commission to consider the transition from the "Restricted Commercial High Density" to "Medium Density" and ultimately "Restricted Commercial Low Density" fronting Florida Avenue, as stated in the applicant's Letter of Intent, dated September 22, 2010, by a vote of 5-2. City Commission: Passed First Reading with modifications on October 14, 2010.
