Garcia Planning Director FZAB Resole icns c 0/06/ 10 Items PZ 1 through PZ 7 & PZ 10 City Commission Meeting of October 14, 2010 As committed at yesterday's briefing with Commissioners' staff and administration, this is to distribute the official Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board (PZAB) Resolutions issued at their meeting held on October 6tn These items are all subject to corresponding 30-day waivers. The delay is due to the close time proximity between the PZAB meeting and the City Commission meeting during which these items wil be heard, which is scheduled to take place tomorrow. We hope that this information will assist in your consideration of these items. Bru, City Attorney Priscilla Thompson, City Clerk Johnny Martinez, Chief of Infrastructure Elvi Gallastegui, Agenda Coordinator ll kndf,„ r >11, 'NIRO1111(m01 iC fo,„ir ii File ID OB-001661u1 i Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board Resolution: PZAB-R-10-041 October 06, 2010 Item PZAB.2 Ms. Maria Beatriz Gutierrez offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD RECOMMENDING DENIAL TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN, PURSUANT TO SMALL SCALE AMENDMENT PROCEDURES SUBJECT TO §163.31I87, FLORIDA STATUTES, BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE ACREAGE DESCRIBED HIEREIIN OF REAL PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3400 GRAND AVENUE; 3435, 3441, 3445 AND 3449 HIBISCUS STREET; 3454 3441, 3439, 3407, 3460, 3452, 3440 AND 3430 THOMAS AVENUE; AND 3420, 3454 AND 3456 ELIZABETH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM "SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL" AND "DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL" TO "RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL"; MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
