ZONE) TO "CS" (CIVIC SPACE ZONE) FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED
AT APPROXIMATELY 1960 AND 2000 SOUTHWEST 24TH STREET,
MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY
CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
