"T6-8 0" URBAN CORE ZONE OPEN, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 3372 NORTHWEST 17TH AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA;
MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
