City Commission Meeting of
October 14, 2010
As committed at yesterday's briefing with Commissioners' staff and administration. this
is to distribute the official Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board (PZAB) Resolutions
issued at their meeting held on October 6th,
These items are all subject to corresponding 30-day waivers. The delay is due to the
close time proximity between the PZAB meeting and the City Cornmission meeting
during which these items will be heard, which is scheduled to take place tomorrow.
We hope that this information will assist in your consideration of these items. We, as
your staff, remain available to respond to any questions or concerns and provide
additional information, as appropriate, regarding these items.

A I I ACHMENT(S), AMENDING PAGE NO. 20, OF THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE
NO. 13114, THE MIAMI 21 CODE, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, ARTICLE 5, SPECIFIC TO ZONES, BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM "T5-L" URBAN CENTER CORE TO "T6-8-O" URBAN
CORE, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3629 AND 3645
NORTHWEST 21ST COURT, MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
