ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD RECOMMENDING TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION,
REGARDING AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH
ATTACHMENT(S), AMENDING PAGE NO. 20, OF THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE
NO. 13114, THE MIAMI 21 CODE, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, ARTICLE 5, SPECIFIC TO ZONES, BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM "T5-L" URBAN CENTER CORE TO "T6-8-O" URBAN
CORE, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3629 AND 3645
NORTHWEST 21ST COURT, MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The vote FAILED for lack of a motion.
