APPROXIMATELY 3629 AND 3645 NORTHWEST 21ST COURT, MIAMI,
FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
