ZONES, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM "T5-L" TO
"T6-8-O" FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3629
AND 3645 NORTHWEST 21ST COURT, MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING
FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
