URBAN CENTER CORE TO "T6-8-O" URBAN CORE, FOR THE
PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3629 AND 3645
NORTHWEST 21 ST COURT, MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS;
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
