The Gusman, built in 1926, has hosted artists and cultural icons such as Etta James, Elvis Presley, and Luciano Pavarotti and was donated to the City of Miami in 1975. As one of the few remaining histdric icons in our community on the National Register of Historic Places, it continues to support local artists as well as cultural events.
