Discussion about the proliferation of spray paint markings on streets and sidewalks.
Sometimes the sidewalks are expensive brick and sometimes they are very expensive plastic overlay.
Often these markings are related to utilities but they are always ugly and obtrusive.
Discussion about what can be done to reduce or eliminate this visual pollution.
