HomeMy WebLinkAboutPAB ResoPlanning Advisory Board Resolution No. PAB-09-012 Wednesday, March 18, 2009 Ms. Donna Elizabeth Milo offered the following resolution and moved its adoption Resolution: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING ADVISORY BOARD RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN, PURSUANT TO SMALL SCALE AMENDMENT PROCEDURES SUBJECT TO §163.3187, FLORIDA STATUTES, BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE ACREAGE DESCRIBED HEREIN OF REAL PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 2508, 2524, 2534, 2538, 2590, 2600, 2610, AND 2620 SOUTHWEST 5TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM "SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL" AND "DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL" TO "MAJOR INSTITUTIONAL, PUBLIC FACILITIES, TRANSPORTATION AND UTILITIES", EXCEPT FOR THE NORTH TWENTY-FIVE FEET PARALLEL TO SOUTHWEST 5TH STREET, WHICH IS TO REMAIN WITH THE "SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL" LAND USE DESIGNATION. Upon being seconded by Ms. Tamara Gort, the motion was passed and adopted by the following vote: Ms. Tamara Gort Yes Ms. Maria Beatriz Gutierrez Absent Dr. Ernest Martin Absent Ms. Donna Elizabeth Milo Yes Rev.
