Tacolcy Center, Inc., a.Florida•not-for-profit corpo-
ration (BTC), for the 2009-2010 contract period,
with a one (1),year option to renew for .the same
amount and under the same terms and conditions,
for the provision of all'of the sports development
programs operated at and froni Belafonte'Tacolcy
Park, a City of Miami Park, and to consider the City
Manager's recommendation and finding that com-
