SPECIAL. COMMISSION MEETING
•
Pursuant to Section.2-33 (I) of
the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended,
Chairman Marc D. Sarnoff has called a special
meeting of the Miami City Commission on
January 26, 2010 at 4:00 PM, at Miami City
Hall located at 3500 Pan American Drive. The
purpose of this meeting is to address filling an
anticipated vacancy, pursuant to Executive,Order
.10-5 of the Governor of the State of Florida, on the
City Commission in the District 5 Commission seat.
No other business shall be conducted outside of
that indicated above
All interested persons may appear at the meeting
with respect to this matter. Should any person desire
(o appeal any decision of the City'Commission
with respect to any Matter to be considered 'at this
• meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim
record of. the proceedings is made including all
testimony and' evidence upon which any appeal
may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
In accordance with the Americans with
Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special
accommodations to participate in this proceeding
may contact the Office of the City Clerk at (305)
