The proposed development "°888 .I3richell" will be comprised of a 31 Story° Mixed Use building structure of 29 Live -Work Units with approximately 35,485 square feet of floor area, approximately 3,018 square feet of Retail Space, approximately 3,21.4 square feet of indoor Child Day Care Center, and approximately 164,001 square feet of Office Space. The building structure will have a maximum height of 433 feet 8 inches A.G.L or 442'- 8" N.G.V.D. at top of parapet, and the parking garage will have a maximum height of 141 fee 6 inches A,G,L. or 150'-6" N.G.V.D. at top of roof slab. The project will provide a total of 286 parking spaces. Applicant is seeking Variances approval to relax the terms of the zoning ordinance on required interior side setback, street side setback and rear setback, as well as ON required number of loading bays.
