0,,: NOTICE OF PUBLIC NOTICE City Commission Meeting �l s Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 9:00 A.M. 0RlOr Federal regulations governing CDBG, and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. The City of Miami will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 9:00 am at City Commission Chambers, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133, to provide the public with an opportunity to comment on new funding(s)/ amendments(s) affecting the City's Annual Action Plan. In addition, the public is advised of the new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the city program(s) as indicated below: *tt 1.Discuss and propose resolution authorizing the acceptance of HUD Entitlement Grant Funds, in the total amount of $22,821,553.00 for FY2024-25 for the following programs: CDBG $5,090,474; HOME $2,988,177; ESG $470,037; HOPWA $14,272,865 2. The review and comment period begins on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, and ends on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. The proposed new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) will be presented to the City Commission for approval on Thursday, July 11, 2024.
