We cannot close on the KIDCO loan unless the entire $100,000 City of Miami Renovation Grant is committed by
the City of Miami Commission, or KIDCO comes up with other committed funds to replace the City of Miami
Renovation Grant Award shortfall.

The additional funding has not been allocated yet. We could try to make the recommendation to the commission
on the October 16, 2008 meeting.
Is this part of the requirements from the commitment letter?

Hi Gesette:
The Lender requested KIDCO to submit the $100,000 renovation award letter from the City. These funds were to be allocated in
two Commission Hearings. I only received the City Award letter for an allocation of $51,546 and we also need the award letter for
the difference, $48,454. Please provide this information to us as soon as possible. We need to expedite this loan approval.
