ZONING DESIGNATION: C-2 LIBERAL COMMERCIAL
APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION PERMIT SUBJECT TO
COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING ORDINANCE 11000 AND CITY CODE,
AS AMENDED, AND ALL APPLICABLE CRITERIA, CONSIDERATIONS
AND/OR OTHER REGULATIONS.
The proposed Use "Pacesetter Personnel" will consist of operating a new
Employment Office/Hiring Hall of approximately 1,868 square feet of floor
area, in an existing One Story commercial building.
Pursuant to Ordinance 11000, as amended, Supplement 17, the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Miami Florida, the subject proposal for
PACESETTER PERSONNEL at 1757 N.W. 23R" STREET MIAMI
FLORIDA 33125, has been submitted and reviewed to allow an application for
Special Exception Permit, subject to all applicable criteria;
SPECIAL EXCEPTION, as per Article 4, Section 401, under Conditional
Principal Uses of C-2 Liberal Commercial (13), to allow Hiring Halls,
employment offices and labor pools, subject to all applicable criteria ;
