Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to review the special exemption permit application for
Pacesetter Personnel Service (Pacesetter) to operate an employment office in the City of Miami,
at 757 NW 23 Street As you know, this proposed business would be situated in very dose
proximity to Comstock Elementary School, located at 2420 NW 18 Avenue.
The District has no specific policy objecting to the operation of an employment office near a
school facility. However, the District is concerned over the potential traffic impacts in the area,
which could pose a hazard to the students and negatively impact school operations. As such,
we kindly request that Pacesetter provide us with a traffic circulation study to further review the
potential impacts to the referenced school.
Should you require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me at 305W995-
7287.
