Investments, LLC ("KEA") and Pacesetter Personnel Service, inc. ("Pacesetter") in connection
with the above -referenced application. Specifically, KEA is the applicant and the owner of the.
application property located at 1757 N.W. 23 Street, Miami, Florida ("Property"). Pacesetter, on
the other hand, is the tenant that will occupy the Property. Should you have any questions or
