ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT
REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM R-2
TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO C-1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL.
Purpose: This will change the above properties to C-1 Restricted Commercial. The
applicant has proffered a covenant for these properties.

Planning Department: Recommended denial.

Notes: The Planning Advisory Board recommended denial of the Land Use Change on October
3, 2007 by a vote of 8-1.
Zoning Board: Recommended denial to City Commission on November 19, 2007 by a vote of 5-
0.
