AND ROD ALONSO, RON STEBBINS, SCOTT CRAWFORD AND ELVIS CRUZ OF THE CLASS II SPECIAL PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 03-0308, APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS BY THE PLANNING DIRECTOR ON JULY 21, 2004, FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 5225 BISCAYNE BOULEVARD, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED 0 OFFICE WITH AN SD-9 BISCAYNE BOULEVARD NORTH OVERLAY DISTRICT.
