HomeMy WebLinkAboutZB ResoMiami Zoning Board Resolution No.: 2004-0950 Monday, November 22, 2004 Mr. Carlos Martell offered the following resolution and moved its adoption Resolution: AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 11000, THE ZONING BOARD MADE A MOTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL WHICH FAILED (4-4), CONSTITUTING A RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL TO THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CHANGE OF ZONING IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, PAGE 38, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, FROM C-1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL WITH AN SD-23 CORAL WAY SPECIAL OVERLAY DISTRICT AND R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL WITH AN SD-12 BUFFER OVERLAY DISTRICT TO C-1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL WITH AN SD-23 CORAL WAY SPECIAL OVERLAY DISTRICT AND SD-19 DESIGNATED F.A.R. OVERLAY DISTRICT, F.A.R. OF 2.4 FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1249 & 1265 SOUTHWEST 22ND STREET AND 1262 SOUTHWEST 21ST TERRACE, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 8 THROUGH 10, INCLUSIVE, AND LOT 17 THROUGH LOT 23, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 68, EAST SHENANDOAH (14-55), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED C-1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL WITH AN SD-23 CORAL WAY SPECIAL OVERLAY DISTRICT AND R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL WITH AN SD-12 BUFFER OVERLAY DISTRICT.
