Dougherty (305) 579-0603 Direct Fax: (305) 961-5603 F-Mail: doughertyl©gtiaw.com Enclosed please find a proposed amendment to the Opus plans which complies with the Urban Plaza/Arcade requirements for Tots over 1 acre in size (Section 606.8.3.1). While we do not believe that this provision applies to this Project, because it is less than 1 acre in size, we would like to include it in the plans. This was accomplished by reducing the first floor lobby/retail space. Retail was added to the 3rd floor from common area. Hence the commercial/retail component of the Project remains the same. We would like this revision to be considered together with the MUSP project at the November 18, 2004 City Commission meeting. If you have any questions please call me at (305) 579-0603.
