A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT FORTY-ONE (41)
RIGHT-OF-WAY DEEDS OF DEDICATION, FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES;
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE RECORDATION OF SAID DEEDS IN THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami ("City") Department of Public Works ("Department") recommends
the acceptance of forty-one (41) Right -of -Way Deeds of Dedication for the properties described in
"Exhibit A," attached and incorporated; and
WHEREAS, the Department finds it is in the best interest of the City to accept the Right -of -Way
Deeds; and
WHEREAS, forty-one (41) owners executed Right -of -Way Deeds, conveying said property to the
City; and
WHEREAS, said Right -of -Way Deeds have been recorded in the Public Works of Miami -Dade
County, Florida, and by reference are made a part hereof as if fully incorporated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORI DA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted by
reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The City Manager and City Clerk are authorized {1} and directed to accept forty-one
(41) Right -of -Way Deeds of Dedication for the properties described in "Exhibit A," attached and
incorporated.
Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to keep copies of the forty-one (41) Right -of -Way Deeds of
Dedication that have been provided.
Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of
the Mayor.{2}

Footnotes:
{1} The herein authorization is further subject to compliance with all requirements that may be
imposed by the City Attorney, including but not limited to those prescribed by applicable City Charter
and Code provisions.
{2} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar days
from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become
effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
