Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
and other HUD Programa. .

Federal regulations governing COB01 and other HUD programs require that a participating Jurisdiction provide
citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any amendments to funding of HUD
programs. in addition, the public Is advlaed of the proposed amendments) to the funding of the City program(s)
indicated below:
1. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the restructure of the Housing and Commercial Loan Committee.
2. Discussion and proposed resolution approving the City of Miami Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) for the SHIP Program
covering the period from July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2007. y
3. Discussion and proposed resolution approving the revised City of Miami LHAP for the period of July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2004.
4. 'Discussion and proposed resolution allocating $370,622 of FY'2004-2005 ESG funds to the City of Miami Homeless Program and
the Dept. of Community Development for the administration of grant related activities.
5. "Discussion and proposed resolutions adopting policies relating to the allocation of CDBG for the activities listed below. The
proposed policies are available for review on the 2nd Floor of the Miami Riverside Center, located at 444 SW 2nd Avenue.

6. "Discussion and proposed resolution. authorizing the allocation of 30th Year CDBG funds in the amount.of $500,000 to District 4
Housing Pilot Project for affordable housing; and adopting policies related to the allocation of CDBG. HOME and SHIP funds for
affordable housing In the 30th Program Year, commencing on October 1, 2004.
7. -'Discussion and proposed resolution allocating $12,750,495 of FY'2004-2005 HOPWA Entitlement and 28th Year HOPWA close out
funds.
8. "Discua8106 and proposed resolution authorizing the transfer to the 30th. Program Year, commencing on October 1. 2004, of the
closeout of 28th Year funds identified below.

$805,918.08 from 28th Year CDBG Closeouts for future RFP.
'The adoption of this Ordinance/Resolution, by the City Commission, authorizes the. City Manager to amend the
appropriate City of Miami annual Action Plan.
Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing- The meeting site Is accessible to the handicapped.
