Policy LU-1.1.1: Development orders authorizing new development or redevelopment that results in an increase in the density or intensity of land use shall be contingent upon the availability of public facilities aad-se-cv;ees that meet or exceed the minimum LOS standards adopted in the CIE, specifically sanitary sewer, solid waste, stormwater. potable water, parks and recreation, and transportation facilities. This Element should be prepared through the collaboration of apprqpriate City departments with a variety of stakeholders including, but not limited to. r_tpresentatives of neighborhood groups, historic preservation groups and citize.ns. Protection of historical and archaeological resources is mandated by Fedora' law and the State of Florida through the Division of Historical Resources.
