A resolution of the Miami City Commission, with
attachment(s), approving a development agreement,
pursuant to Chapter 163, Florida Statutes, between
Miami Worldcenter Group, LLC and affiliated parties,
and the City of Miami, relating to the proposed
development of a project known as "The Miami
Worldcenter" on approximately ± 25 acres, zoned SD-
16.3, "Miami Worldcenter Special District," located
between NE 6th Street and NE 11th Street and between
North Miami Avenue and NE 2nd Avenue, Miami,
Florida, for the purpose of redevelopment of such land
for mixed uses; applicable only to property owned by
Miami Worldcenter Group, LLC and affiliated parties;
authorizing the following uses: Residential, Office, Hotel
Retail, Convention Space, Academic Space and any
other uses permitted by SD-16.3 zoning district
regulations; authorizing a density of approximately 300
units per acre; authorizing a density of approximately
300 units per acre; authorizing an intensity measured by
a base floor area ratio of approximately 4.32, plus any
applicable bonuses provided in the SD-16.3 zoning
district regulations; authorizing unlimited height as
permitted by the SD-16.3 zoning district regulations;
authorizing the city manager to execute the development
agreement, in substantially the attached form, for said
purpose.
