Interlocal Agreement between the City of Miami and the City of Coral Gables. The owner wishes to
develop the Combined Properties as one integrated development and building structure located over
the municipal boundaries of Miami and Coral Gables.
Background Information:
The Flagler Publix Plan contemplates a total Building Foot Print Lot Coverage of 67,156 S.F. for the
Combined Properties allocated as follow:
49,240 S.F. proposed on Coral Gables Property.
17,916 S.F. proposed on Coral Gables Property.
