Background Information: The Flagler Publix Plan contemplates a total Building Foot Print Lot Coverage of 67,156 S.F. for the Combined Properties allocated as follow: 49,240 S.F. proposed on Coral Gables Property. 17,916 S.F. proposed on Coral Gables Property.
