ADDENDUM NO. 1
BID NO. 70054, WORK AND LATEX GLOVES- CITYWIDE February 12, 2008
TO: ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
The following changes, additions, clarifications, and deletions amend the Bid Documents of the
above captioned IFB, and shall become an integral part of the Contract Documents. Please note
the contents herein and reflect same on the documents you have on hand.
Note: We have extended the bid opening to Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at 2:OOPM to allow for
greater response by suppliers.
Additionally, we are answering the following question:
Q1. Line 20 of thebid reads: Triflex Latex Surgical Gloves, or "approved equal", Synthetic Examination
Gloves Excellent tactile sensitivity, maximum dexterity, non -sterile seamless vinyl construction,
superior tear resistance, Sizes 5 1/2 — 9.
The description indicates that the gloves are "latex" "synthetic" and "vinyl" which are three different
things. Also it states surgical & specific sizes which would indicate sterile, but the description states
"non -sterile". Which is correct?
Al. Line 20 has been revised to reflect the proper item listings. We are reflecting the Pre -Powered
Latex Surgical Sterile Glove and adding the price lines for sizes 7, 8 and 9. Prior supply came
from Dynarex Corporation as item no. 2470, 2480 and 2490.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE IFB REMAIN THE SAME.
