Subject: Accepting a donation in the fonn of improvements to a vessel finger pier at Miamarina.
Sightseeing Tours Management wishes to snake certain improvements, at its sole cost, to the
finger pier adjacent to its slips at Miamarina in order to better accommodate its new, wider vessels,
which it acquired as a result of changes to the US Coast Guard regulations pertaining to vessel stability
and safety of sightseeing vessel passengers. The improvements will also better accommodate the many
passengers that utilize Sightseeing Management Tours' commercial sightseeing vessels with disabilities.
All improvements constructed by Sightseeing Tours Management, Inc shall upon their completion
immediately become property of the City. The improvements are valued at $45,000.
