AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE
19, SECTION 1901, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, TO ALLOW A STREET SIDE
SETBACK OF 1'0" (15'0" REQUIRED).
Purpose: The approval of this appeal will allow the construction of a new porte cochere
with less street -side setbacks than required.
