Dear Ms, Fernandez,
I wish to appeal the Zoning Board denial of my Application for a Variance for the
property located at 1644 South Miami Avenue, Miami, FL 33129. I have gathered
further evidence to support my request for a variance since the Zoning Board Hearing. I
have also enlisted the support of several immediate neighbors. I respectfully request the
opportunity to present this information to the City Commission.
