RAILROAD, NE 30th STREET BETWEEN NE 2nd AVENUE AND NE I.t COURT AND NE lst COURT FROM 245 FEET s/o NE 30th STREET TO NE 31Kt STREET. Pursuant to Section 55-15 (c) of the Miami City Code, the Planning Department has reviewed the proposed streets vacation and closure to determine whether it is in the public interest, or whether the general public would benefit from the vacation of the right-of-way. The following findings have been made: ee It is found that this application was presented to the Plat and Street Committee and the tentative Plat was approved with conditions. (See Public Work Department's analysis). * It is found that the proposed right of ways vacation with the exception of the south end portion (75') was approved by the City Commission on December. 2004. ® It is found that the proposed right of way vacation will comply with Section 55-15 (c) of the Miami City Code for public benefit since the site development site includes a "trolley" stop facilities and a public access corridor from NE 2nd Avenue to the REC. corridor and will not affect the service vehicle access or circulation to the neighborhood. Based on these findings, the Planning Department recommends approval of the request.
