A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE MIAMI SPORTS AND EXHIBITION
AUTHORITY FOR TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Miami Sports
and Exhibition Authority, each to serve a term ending September 10, 2009, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first; further waiving the term limits of Section 2-
885(b) by a unanimous (5/5ths) vote of the members of the City Commission, as it relates to Eli
Feinberg as a member of the Miami Sports and Exhibition Authority.
